- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.5 tsp yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 100 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Method
- Warm the milk and dissolve yeast, let sit for 10 minutes.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk mixture and eggs to dry ingredients; knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough, spread butter, fold and roll to create layers.
- Shape dough into crescents and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

- Ensure butter is cold for perfect lamination.
- Rest dough in the refrigerator between layers.
