부대찌개 Budae Jjigae

Spicy stew with noodles, spam, and sausage.

Ingredients

• 100 grams spam
• 100 grams sausages
• 2 packs ramen noodles
• 1 cup kimchi
• 2 tbsp gochujang
• 1 sliced onion
• 200 grams tofu
• 2 sliced green onions

Method

1. Arrange spam, sausages, and tofu in a pot.
2. Add kimchi, gochujang, and onion around the meat.
3. Pour in water to cover ingredients, bring to a boil.
4. Add noodles and cook until soft.

• Add cheese for extra creaminess.
• Adjust spice level with gochujang.
