IndianFamilyTree.com allows users to create memorial pages honoring deceased family members and friends. Memorial pages may include name, photograph, biography, family relationships, life achievements, obituary information, funeral details, tributes, condolences, and memories. Users creating memorial pages confirm that they have a legitimate relationship with the deceased person or a reasonable basis for sharing the information. We encourage users to respect family wishes, religious traditions, cultural practices, and privacy concerns. We may remove memorial content that is false, defamatory, illegal, posted without authorization, or harmful to the dignity of the deceased or their family.

9.User Content Ownership

By uploading content, users grant IndianFamilyTree.com a limited license to store, display, process, backup, and provide access according to privacy settings. AI-generated information may contain errors. Users should review and verify AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Payment terms, pricing, renewal policies, and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase.

13.User Responsibilities
