Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Sear beef in olive oil until browned. Remove from pan.
- 3Sauté onions and garlic until soft, add tomato paste and cook briefly.

- 5Transfer mixture to a baking dish, add orzo and hot water.
